We don’t do small print!

We agree our fees up front and so both parties know what they are agreeing to. From a few hours to a longer term assignment you will know the costs and results.

We provide a written proposal for you to consider. Depending on the assignment we ask for written notice of one week to one month to cancel the agreement. You will have a choice of per diem, fixed cost or results related fees.

All work will be carried out in the strictest confidence and all Prompt interim Managers will report to the designated member of the client Company for instruction.

If the work being carried out by Prompt interim is legally complex an agreement between the client and Prompt interim to use suitably qualified legal advisors will be sought.

All work will be invoiced monthly (unless subject to prior agreement) and is strictly payable within 14 days. There is a start up fee of 10% of estimated monthly fee payable in advanced. It will be reconciled at the last payment of our assignment.
